Discussion vs Issue
Section titled “Discussion vs Issue”- Open an issue when action is clear and trackable (bug fix or concrete feature).
- Open a discussion when the topic is exploratory, broad, or still being shaped.
If a discussion converges on a concrete action, maintainers can convert or link it to an issue.
